Aus biografischen Fakten, Originaldokumenten und theatralen Mutmassungen entsteht das Bild der Forscherpersönlichkeit und des Privatmenschen Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen vor den Augen des Publikums. Ein multimediales Wissenschaftstheater mit überraschenden Anekdoten aus Röntgens Leben.

2018 we started working on a Performance about Röntgen with partners who are specialists in science like the Röntgenmuseum in Lennep, Germany. It should have premiered in 2020 in Remscheid, where Röntgen was born, but Corona shifted it into 2022. The production is starring Franz Mestre, who is also the author and director of this piece of Young Scientific Theatre. He performs the character of W.C. Röntgen since 2012, 2015 he already appeared in the short film RÖNTGEN - AN X-RAY JOURNEY:

„Eine packende Geschichte, anschaulich erzählt

Vom Zirpen der Zikaden in der Einsamkeit der leeren Landschaft von La Mancha bis zum hektischen Schlachtgetümmel – Don Quijotes Kampf gegen Windmühlen und vermeintliche Ritterheere, die eigentlich Schafherden sind – es sind Bilder wie diese, die es jungen Besuchern möglich machen, der Geschichte mühelos zu folgen, aber auch die reiferen Semester haben ihre Freude daran. Vielseitig agieren die beiden als Schauspieler, Instrumentalisten und Sänger. Mit vollem Körpereinsatz und komödiantisch sehr überzeugend machen sie den Stoff dieses Klassikers der Weltliteratur lebendig.

Herrlich anschaulich und fesselnd sowie mit einer Portion Humor erzählt Franz Mestre das Geschehen. Joachim Froebe ist verantwortlich für die wunderbare musikalische Gestaltung der Inszenierung.

2011 we started the international collaboration
with Zany Umbrella Circus (www.zannyumbrella.com):
MIRETTE'S CIRCUS. The idea for this European-American-Project
was initialised in Arezzo (Italy), the work continued in Berlin (Germany)
and finally we presented the world premiere in Pittsburgh, PA (USA)
moving on to New York and Massachussets.

The first production TOO HIGH TOO LOW TOO FAR had its premiere
in 2013 and was touring through Europe.

2008 we started coproducing a HipHopDanceTheatre
